Who is Vince DelMonte? Vince DelMonte’s long and twisted road to becoming a skinny guy expert began in total fantasy, his high school name was “Skinny Vinny,” he dreamt of changing his physique from skinny to muscle mass.
As a teenager this seemed a farfetched dream, especially DelMonte’s background as a wire framed runner
When college came along Vince found himself mixing with well made guys who seemed genetically blessed with muscle building frames. Vince DelMonte did not even have a six pack; at his heaviest he could not even break the 150 lb barrier.
Although Vince lacked muscle mass he was extremely successful in his own right. As an superb athlete Vince was built for running, he did run for his university of Western Ontario. He was part of the Ontario track team and was a keen member of the school cross country team for all four years of his college life. Vince DelMonte actually represented his beloved country of Canada in triathlons.
Vince was very proud of his athletic and running achievements and rightly so, he did still continue to search for bigger muscles and to gain that six pack of rock hard abs. Vince DelMonte then began his master plan to get as ripped as he possibly could. In May of 2002, Vince ended his affiliation with the track and field and never looked back.
Vince no longer had the burden of the athletic requirements of staying thin and light in order to run the events he did so well at in his younger years, he craved muscle gain.
After he graduated from university with a kinesiology, DelMonte began his first steps by becoming a personal fitness trainer. Vince always tried hard and although Vince was certainly good at his job, he always dreamt of that large muscle mass frame which he dearly wanted, and that would go on to change his life forever.
During the first year of his famous transformation, DelMonte trained harder than he ever did before. Towards the end of that year Vince DelMonte has gained a fine amount of muscle mass, the six pack he craved for was starting to develop well. His progress was certainly admiral, but it soon stalled. The following two years Vince DelMonte struggled to add any more muscle to his physique.
Worse was yet to come, he began to get fat not muscle, the firm six pack of abs slowly diminished and his middle became weak, his diet started to fail and he like so many before him was slain by the dreaded pizza and a lifestyle of beer and nachos took over. When the beginning of January 2005 came along, Vince DelMonte soon realized that if he did not address these issues he would now be known as “Fatty Vinny” which seemed worse than previous name of “Skinny Vinny”.
After some soul searching Vince DelMonte once again set out on his mission to create a body building physique that anyone would be proud of. In just 3 Months Vince worked his socks off and changed his body back to his 2002 muscle building physique. No longer able to get back to 150 lbs Vince found himself happily and comfortably weighing in at 190 lbs.

By Steve foster.
He claims he works with Men’s Fitness Magazine, if he really does ?,they are a highly reputable magazine that only employs professionals in their chosen field. I have researched this and found he does contribute to Men’s Fitness ,so he must know what he is talking about.
I recently had a look at the Vince DelMonte fitness website it has the usual “before and after” photos showing him as a skinny weakling and how he became a fitness model national champion. Yeah he looks good now, but where`s the proof that he used the same principles he teaches in his program to achieve his ripped look.
But this is supposed to be the # 1 muscle building program on the internet, so I thought I had better buy it to see for myself. After all I could not do a review of it without trying it out for myself and it has a 60 day money back guarantee .So I can`t lose!
To view Vince`s site Click Here!
I downloaded the 201 page ebook as soon as I had paid. There is a version for women as well as men.
* 29 week roadmap.
* Nutrition guide.
* 3 months email support and 3 hours of recorded teleseminars.
The next thing to do is define your goals ,I liked this feature a lot ,you also have a metabolic calculator, that you can use to calculate the calories neccessary for your bodybuilding goals.
The 52 week workout-plan is another good feature , you have a calendar which helps you track your daily workout routines.
Vince then takes you through the nine growth principles, which he has based his workout methods on.
It`s really easy to understand. You must start here to understand the basic principles and avoid making mistakes when you actually start doing the exercises.
Vince has done a great job of preparing detailed diet plans and preparing a food regime for the workouts, it is one of the best I have seen. You will not find a more detailed muscle building diet plan anywhere else like the one in this Program. you can see that a lot of thought has gone into making this program. If you are a person that finds it difficult to gain weight He explains how eating more is important to gain more weight and he provides all the tools neccessary to do the job .So, if you have tried everything to gain muscle mass and never quite got the goals you would have liked, maybe this program is the one for you.
This is without doubt ,one of the most complete and scientifically sound muscle building programs, that I have ever reviewed.
This is what you get with the basic program for just $77.
