Your female body builder diet will need to contain high protein foods such as fish, protein shakes, and supplements during the day. It would be advisable for you to have a big breakfast as it can speed up your metabolism and also for you to have a protein and fat combination before bed.

Good sources of protein and carbs can be found in the following ‘fresh’ foods:

  • Complex Carbs: Beans, Bran, Brown Rice, Pasta and Potatoes
  • Proteins: Fillet Steaks, Boneless, Skinless Chicken, Tuna, Chicken, Fish, Beef and Egg
  • Healthy Fats: Nuts, Peanut Butter, Olive Oil, Nuts and avocado.
