When it thinks this is the case the body reduces its metabolic rate so that calories are held onto for longer. However if the body believes that it is not short of calories then it has no need to keep hold of them and can subsequently raise the metabolic rate of the body.
Follow these simple guidelines effectively and you will not be able to stop yourself losing weight.
