There is disadvantges and advantages in bodybuilding. It is a good thing to do in life.Well if a person starts bodybuilding he cant do anything else except thinking about what workout to do,when to workout, what to do.For me i workout 6 days a week.I use much restriction in my diet.I mostly dont eat foods that i like which contain more fat.I mostly eat foods with more protein.Sometimes i feel sick of working out cant eat foods i like.Well the good point is you can get more ****** if you have a good body and bigger biceps.

both have aspects that hurt your body. may bodybuilders use exercises that hurt your joints when they try and isolate muscles. on the other end powerlifters sometimes use bad for to bigger weights and don't really look the best. i would suggest have a "bodybuilding" mindset but use main-stream exercises (E.I. don't bench with your feet in the air because you read it in a bodybuilding book) plus who doesn't want to look good.

Ugh... Bodybuilding is a lifestyle. There are phases of bulking, cutting which is a pain in the ****. Bodybuilders are extremely serious about their training. Not to say weightlifters aren't, but body builderes follow their training like a code of life.
