Powered by Yahoo! Answers

Eat right, take in plenty of protein, consume tons of water and pay attention to post workout nutrition and breakfast. Stick to compound movements; Bench press, Squat, Deadlift, Barbell curl, Pullups, Dips and situps. Use heavy weights and reps should be 6-12 and make sure to change up your routine often and use intensity techniques. Good luck.

Haha, Jay??? Boy you aim high!

No it's not to early to start, but do it right by enlisting a coach or personal trainer who can tell you the what and how's so you don't end up injured.

I am a strength trainer, 21 years, not a bodybuilder. So I cannot help you with the bodybuilding questions.

I can answer the age questions. My son started weightlifting at age 5, he is now 15, still lifting.

For mass and definition, lift and HOLD the weight for 60 seconds. Do this Mon, Wed, Fri. Every day do aerobics and stretching.
Increase the weight by 1 pound per week.
