After all the commercial advertisements, we now seem to associate conventional snack bars with healthy living. This is very far from the truth as most such snack bars are just chocolate or candy bars filled with more fats than we need in a day. If you are looking for a bar that promotes healthy living, then a protein bar is your only option.
Modern protein bars work to not only help you get over hunger but they are a very important in improving your health. Most can add increased health benefits. The most evident is providing you with an instant protein boost when you need it. All you have to do is choose the best protein bar for you.
As they say, different strokes for different folks. This also applies to protein bars in that there are different protein bars for different purposes. You will not use an energy bar when you are trying to burn fat but a low carbohydrate bar instead. You have to read the nutritional label to know the appropriate bar.
Most of us are concerned about the ingredients that are used to make our food products. Take time to read product labels in order to know the ingredients that are used. As long as you take your time to read the product labels as well as understand the ingredients, most of the time protein bars will be good for you. There is little need to use conventional supermarket bars that are clearly unhealthy when there are better alternatives out there.

Calling all hardgainers, in order to build lean muscles you must earn them, they are not given to you freely. If truth is your body wants to get rid of the muscle on your body,because it`s costly to your metabolism. The only way you will get bigger is to stress your muscles into growth ,forcing them to do more work and get bigger.
The stress that you apply to your muscles needs to be over their limits. Training with weights that are between 60 –80 % 1 REP MAX wont stimulate your muscles to grow.

Muscles are lazy and don’t want to work any harder than they have to .We need to find a way to recruit every single muscle fiber to get the job done, the only way to recruit all of your muscle fibers is by lifting heavy weights ,but not just for 1-2 reps this is ok if you simply want to be strong, but you need to force your muscles to grow by pushing out 8-10 reps to build lean muscle and get a true body building physique.
As a hardgainer I am sure you have tried out all of the” latest bodybuilding fads” just like I used to, ie. high volume workouts with multiple sets and exercises, this only wears you out ,you don’t get to work your muscles out at full intensity because you are using a lighter weight.
Hardgainers,do you want to stay in the gym for ages ,struggling with set after set .You should concentrate on training to muscular failure within a set if you want to get bigger, less sets ,bigger weights.
You need to sleep well and eat well for your muscles to grow ,working out in the gym is only part of the story, you need time to recover and let your body repair the muscle tissues and grow. Then when you do your next workout, you need to intensify it a little,ie. progressively overloading your muscles.
Do not waste time and energy on isolation exercises ,if you want to grow train using exercises for the major muscle groups.
Just a final note it is not impossible for hardgainers to build lean muscle mass and get a great physique ,you just need to eat right and work hard ,for shorter periods of time
